Techionista Holidays business case is about analysing customer feedbacks based on 80k (from 515k) reviews from their users after their stay at a hotel they booked through the website. These reviews contain lots of information on how travelers have experienced their stay in various luxurious hotels across Europe. Data is unstructured and it was a challenge to gather information and make aggregations with qualitative data. In order to gain a deeper insight and make comparisons between the reviews, we opted to conduct both sentiment analysis and keyword phrase analysis. Our goal was to obtain an overall score as well as identify specific positive or negative words. Both Azure Cognitive Services and Power BI Text Analytics are used.
